Service Description
Our Underarms treatment effectively reduces hair growth in the underarm area, providing a cleaner look and reducing the need for frequent shaving. A laser hair removal consultation and patch test are required prior to beginning treatment. This must be booked a minimum of 72 hours before your treatment. Shave the area to be treated 24 hours before your appointment. The skin should be smooth, but not freshly shaved on the day of treatment to avoid sensitivity. Do not use moisturisers, lotions, perfumes, deodorants, or creams on the area on the day of treatment.
Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a laser hair service The Serene Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Consultation & Patch Test A consultation and patch test must be completed before purchasing any treatment package. The consultation is £15 and must be booked at least 72 hours prior to your first treatment. During the consultation, we will assess your suitability for treatment, discuss your goals, medical history, and answer any questions you may have. Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours will result in the session being deducted from your package as used. Missed appointments or no-shows will also result in the full session being charged and a new session will need to be booked separately. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to continue treatments. Pre-Treatment & Aftercare Clients are required to follow all pre-treatment and aftercare guidelines as outlined on our website and discussed during your consultation. Failure to follow these instructions may affect your results and eligibility for future treatments. Medical Eligibility & Contraindications Laser hair removal is not suitable for everyone. If you are found to be unsuitable at consultation (due to medical reasons, skin sensitivity, etc.), we will not proceed with treatment. If any health changes occur during your treatment course (e.g., pregnancy, medications, skin conditions), you must inform us immediately. Treatments may need to be postponed or adjusted. Results & Expectations Results vary from person to person and are dependent on hair type, skin tone, hormone levels, and consistency in following the treatment schedule. A course of 6 sessions is typically recommended for optimal results, with occasional top-ups thereafter. However, no guarantees can be made on the outcome. Payment Terms Package payments are spread over 10 monthly instalments, regardless of when treatments are booked or completed. Monthly payments will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at the time of purchase. Packages are valid for 10 months from the date of your first treatment. If you require an extension to complete your sessions, you must contact us at least one month before your package expiry date to request a deferral or extension. Refund Policy Laser packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once the first session has been redeemed. In the case of
